I know the risks and dangers involved in such activities, including but not limited to, damage to my person and property that may be sustained in connection with the stated and any associated activities in and about the premises. In consideration of my participation in the stated activities, I hereby, release and discharge SportSocial LLC and Toros Lifestyle Soccer LLC, dba Toros HTX, of any cause of action, for any sort for injury sustained to my person and or property during my presence on the premises, transportation from and to the premises, and my participation in the activities, due to negligence, fault, or any other cause.
